The TNT Fitness Program is a lifestyle changing program specifically designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Each week of our 13-week program, you get 2 strength training sessions led by our specially trained TNT coaches, and a weekend class which can be attended at any facility throughout the DC metro area where TNT Fitness is offered. Our nutrition plan is based on the portion principles made famous by leading nutrition and weight-loss programs. Our goal is not to tell you what to eat (that is the job of a nutritionist), but to help you structure a meal plan based on eating healthy foods in moderation. TNT Fitness provides you with a scripted cardio routine based on your current fitness level.
