Individuals can receive diabetes educational services.

Monday - Friday 7:45 am – 4:00 pm Medical Saturday Medical Only 7:45 am – 12:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 7:45 am – 4:00 pm Dental Friday Dental 7:45 am – 12:00 pm
Services:Primary medical care for adult men and women, HIV Testing/Treatment, Case Management
Psychiatric Services, Social Service, Substance Abuse counseling & referrals, Diabetic Education
Dental, Laboratory Services

Specialty Care: Urology, Nephrology, Podiatry, Orthopedic, ENT, TB Screenings, Infectious Disease

Diabetes self-management education is offered by a RN, CDE in a one-on-one setting every Thursday morning. Appointments can be made by calling the Patient Scheduling Center at 202-469-4699. Health center hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12 noon and Monday and Wednesday 4:30 – 8:30 PM.

To establish how Unity Health Care patients can access pharmacy services.

Patients need prescriptions ordered for their medications, from their doctors, that can be filled at the Unity Health Care pharmacies. There are no charges or co-pays for your prescritions but you need to bring your Alliance insurance in order to get your prescritions filled. Pharmacy hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. For more information, call 202-548-6565.
