Warren Clinic Adult Diabetes Education Center offers group workshops and individual consults to address every aspect of living with diabetes.

Warren Clinic Diabetes Center offers group diabetes education workshops and individual consultations on every aspect of managing diabetes for adults. Our focus is on wellness and includes providing information on healthy eating, being active, taking medications, problem solving, reducing risks of diabetes complications, and developing healthy coping skills.
Workshops include a Pre-Diabetes Class, Gestational Diabetes Classes in English and Spanish, a comprehensive class for those new to diabetes or who are not well controlled. We also have a refresher course for those who have attended previous diabetes education. A Pre-pump workshop is available for people who are considering an insulin pump and would like to know more about them. We have certified insulin pump trainers to train and support people who use the insulin pump. Warren Clinic Diabetes center also has a professional continuous glucose monitor to analyse blood glucose levels in people who take insulin.
Registered Dietitians consult patients individually for other nutrional needs such as celiac disease and kidney disease.
The Registered Nurse provides individual sessions to those starting injectable medications, insulin or multiple daily injections.
A physician referral is required to schedule a workshop or an individual appointment.

Degen Berglund has a large display of different diabetic items including test strips, lancets, glucose meters, diabetes organizers, sharps containers, products designed specifically for diabetic foot health, sugar-free cold products and supplements, glucose tablets, and medical alert bracelets. We are a Medicare provider, and our home medical department is able to bill your Medicare Part B as well as most major insurance companies for many different items.

The mission of the Diabetes Community Action Coalition, Inc. is to improve the health, function, and quality of life of Fulton and DeKalb County residents at risk for, or affected by, diabetes.
We provide information, referrals, and support to consumers, health advocates, and health care professionals in Metro Atlanta on:
