Diabetes Prevention sessions available for those with prediabetes or risk factors for diabetes. Two session course covering basics of diabetes/prediabetes/risk factors, healthy eating, blood sugar monitoring (receive starter low cost glucose meter), physical activity (receive pedometer and walking tape). Diabetes Continuing Care monthy free group meetings covering various topics. Second Monday each month 7pm to 8:30pm at RMH Healthcare. No pre-registration required. Spanish sessions available.
