The National Kidney Foundation's Kidney Health Risk Assessment is a free public awareness tool to educate people about the risk factors for kidney disease. Participants receive blood pressure measurement, body mass index (BMI) reading, complete a short family risk assessment and have the opportunity to discuss their health and review results with onsite clinicians. The assessments are typically offered in large community sites such as outdoor festivals, health fairs, and/or church events. Contact local office for locations.
