The Center for Personal Wellness is a fitness center open to the public and also houses physical therapy, occupational therapy and cardiac rehab. The center has a wide variety of classes and programs including a therapeutic pool. Classes include yoga, Pilates, active aging for those over 60, water therapy, boot camp and more. The center also periodically holds wellness and fitness events.
