Services:Primary medical care for adult men and women, HIV Testing/Treatment, Case Management

Specialty Care: Urology, Nephrology, Podiatry, Orthopedic, ENT, TB Screenings, Infectious Disease

Diabetes self-management education is offered by a RN, CDE in a one-on-one setting every Thursday morning. Appointments can be made by calling the Patient Scheduling Center at 202-469-4699. Health center hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12 noon and Monday and Wednesday 4:30 – 8:30 PM.

To establish how Unity Health Care patients can access pharmacy services.

Patients need prescriptions ordered for their medications, from their doctors, that can be filled at the Unity Health Care pharmacies. There are no charges or co-pays for your prescritions but you need to bring your Alliance insurance in order to get your prescritions filled. Pharmacy hours of operation are 1pm - 4:45pm Services provided: Pediatrics, Cardiology, Dermatology, HIV/AIDS Services, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine

DC Tobacco Quitline provides free quitline services and NRT to District residents for a limited time.

The District of Columbia Quitline (1-800-QUIT NOW / 1-800-784-8669, 24 hours a day service) offers the following free services to District residents.
Five week counseling sessions from certified tobacco treatment specialists
Free Nicoderm CQ patches and Commit lozenges- four week course of treatment
Fax to Quit Program for healthcare providers amd community organizations to initiate pro-active call-backs from quitline counselors to qualified District smokers
Local number for Spanish-speaking callers that connects directly to quitline
