Instructions are clear and easy to follow, and you can advance at your own pace.These videos are medically endorsed by a doctor of physical medicine and geriatric physical therapist.
We also provide individual and group exercise training for all ages and abilities.

The Fitness Center offers a variety of exercise and health promotion programs designed to optimize your health and well being.

When you join The Fitness Center, you will receive a health assessment and two personal training sessions where you will learn how to use the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. A variety of group exercise classes is open to beginners, as well as the more advanced exerciser. The Fitness Center offers personal training, which is a series of one-on-one workouts designed according to your needs and goals.
Hours of Operation Monday through Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday: Closed

Single Membership
Assessment Fee - $105
Monthly dues - $48

Couple membership
Assessment Fee - $165
Monthly dues - $86

Individuals 55 years and older, teachers, and federal and county employees receive the following discount:

Fitness center, special events and classes open to the public for a small membership fee.

The Center for Personal Wellness is a fitness center open to the public and also houses physical therapy, occupational therapy and cardiac rehab. The center has a wide variety of classes and programs including a therapeutic pool. Classes include yoga, Pilates, active aging for those over 60, water therapy, boot camp and more. The center also periodically holds wellness and fitness events.
